Please note that all of our rings are cut to your order specifications, so we are not able to accept returns or give refunds on orders placed in error. Please double check quantities and ring sizes before placing your order.

JumpRingSupplies will happily replace any faulty jump rings, send us an email with details of the fault, your contact details (name, address and contact number) and then send the faulty ring back with a copy of the email enclosed we will have the replacements sent to you as quickly as possible.

Due to all the rings being cut to order and our high quality control, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. We shall of course aim to have them to you quicker wherever possible and we will keep you up to date every step of the way. 

We are happy to process orders with bespoke quantities and sizes (when wire gauges are available), just email your required specifications and we will provide a quote on cost and timescales. 

Postage details:

Post & Packing of £2.75 is automatically added to all orders under £75.
Post & Packing of £6.40 is automatically added to all orders of £75 or more. 
Post & Packing must be upgraded for all orders being shipped outside the United Kingdom. All items are posted as recorded delivery and as such will need to be signed for.
